Conexao as a band stays for the get together of latinmusic influenced by brazilian moods with an explicit european feel of Jazz. Founded by Andreas Weiser - a Berlin based percussionist and Piranha recording artist, the musical outcome of This mutual encounter is kind of a typical Berlin like melange of danceable instrumental music.

Friday 30 June

Film screening and concert: MALI BLUES tells the stories of four musicians who do not want to accept hatred, distrust and violence in their country and the radical interpretation of Islam. After the screening of the movie, one if its protagonists and leader of the Tuareg band Amanar - Ahmed Ag Kaedi, is going to perform live together with Mahalmoudou Albanassani and Alhousseini Anivolla - they all have one thing in common: their music combines, consoles and gives people the force to make a change.

Onom Agemo and the Disco Jumpers & Tiliboo Afrobeat are two Berlin based bands that definitely know how to spread out their rare funky grooves across the dance floor. Psychedlic-Worldgroove and Fela-Kuti-style afrobeat all in one night. Not to mention more - simply check out their videos below!
