A colorful and vibrant crowd joined us at Badehaus on Nov 13 and literally shook the dance floor with their energy, turning a quiet Wednesday night to a Saturday night fever!

The event began with Urubu Marinka on the decks playing a chill-out tropical set, before Farafi appeared on stage. Enchanting vocals, percussive sounds and a groovy mood, they gave a powerful performance. Darlini played the ngoni, one of the earliest instrument of West African music and Joy the Moroccan krakebs, an instrument used in Gnawa music and they were joined on stage by a group of musicians: Max Shchedrovitzki on electric ud, Leo Barreto on E-Bass, Pierluigi Ciaccio on drums and Milad Khawam on the trumpet. A musical combination balancing between traditional and contemporary, weaving between musical cultures.
