We also collect your information if you are signed up with us as an artist, performer, songwriter, artist manager, music publisher, or a record label. This data helps us to operate our business, pay any royalties generated, # market, advertise and improve our platforms, existing services, develop new services and to enhance, improve and customize your experiences while interacting with us or our services.
1.2 - When you take part in our event surveys or enter promotions, and contests, we collect name, contact, email, demographic and eligibility information.

Piranha Arts have never sold or will never sell your personal data including your name and contact information – to external or third parties for their own marketing purposes.
2.1 - If you are an artist, performer, songwriter, artist manager, music publisher, or a record label signed up with Piranha Records & Publishing or in partnership with us, then we use your information to pay any royalties or settle any outstanding incomes or expenses. We use Details as our service for our label and royalty management.
2.2 - Analytics and metrics. We analyze your activities and behavior on our website for profiling based on your interactions with our services, your orders,your purchases, your billing history, your profile information and preferences, and other content you share with Piranha Arts or any of its subsidiaries.
2.3 - We process this information given our legitimate interest in improving the Piranha Arts platform, services and our customers’ experience with it, and where it is necessary for the adequate performance of our services and events.
2.4 We use the information provided by you to verify and respond to your requests, suggestions, questions, including providing you with any requested information about our services.
2.5 We may use Personal Data to detect and prevent fraud, spam, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity. To conduct security investigations and risk assessments, and to verify or authenticate information or identifications provided by you.
3. Where is your Personal Data stored
All our servers are based within E.U as required by GDPR and all our web services providers are GDPR compliant.

Absolutely! By logic and by law, the data we have about you belongs to you.
